color match is a collection of images representing the perception of reality though different viewers lenses. The beginning goal of the painter is to “match” the correct color in efforts to hide and paint over street art. The irony is that the colors are perceived, communicated and made so different than the original. What is now created is often a humorous attempt at perfection. What what once trying to disguise is now an entirely new painting altogether, and not fooling anybody in the process.
